Are very common question I get is "What are HID lights?" In a nutshell they give you more light using less power while generating less heat. HID light are amazing to say the least. Have a look at the video on the left and you will get the idea. From a safety point of view these are a must have. People are fare more aware of you when riding down the road. I have always been looking for a camera solution for my bike. Back in the day I have tried the Arcos system which had a built in hard drive. Unfortunately motorbike gives off a lot of shock. I had many of a times where the footage has not been recorded due to the HDD stopping. The other solution I had in mind was to use a DV tape camcorder system. The problem with this is that they are not very small. I am not saying you cannot get small one, but you do pay the price from them. I used a Sony IP7....... |

This article looks at a real-time gear indicator for the ZX 7R. To make this possible there is a bit of electronics involved. I personally did not develop the electronics, however the individual who did it is trying to mass produce them at an affordable price exclusive to the ZX7R.co.uk website. The advantage of using this system is that it is a real-time system, there is no lag no delay between the showing of the LEDs in changing of the gears unlike other products. |
